Lilliput U7 Girls

TRAINING: Saturday 8:45am at Whitecliff Rec 

At U7, the girls begin playing friendly 3v3 matches against other clubs and take on more challenging training sessions to support their development. 

Every session has a clear skills theme, with a focus on improving all round ability and fitness as preparation for the Dorset Youth League at U8 level.

This is also the age where friendships really start to form beyond school. Sessions place strong emphasis on teamwork, encouragement and celebrating success together.
