Lilliput Cobras
Chris: has two sons who both live and breathe football and play for Lilliput FC. On occasion, Chris is mistaken for Arsenal FC manager, Mikel Arteta, but has sadly never been compared to him when playing football.
Chris' younger son spent years watching his older brother play football, and couldn't wait to get started himself. With some encouragement, Chris and fellow coach Scott Instance put their names forward to coach the Lilliput Cobras team.
Chris loves seeing the shared passion shown by players, parents and coaches. Chris focuses on creating a fun environment where kids can improve as players, learn to be part of a team and build great friendships.
Chris is a keen runner and cyclist. Before his coaching days, Chris was a regular at the Poole parkrun. When there is no football in the way (which is rare), he occasionally drags his sons around the parkrun course with him.
